Development Update #2 - Working on new Enemies


Hii, this week I have been creating enemies sprites and the combat backgrounds, and I'm proud of how it looks. 

For now, I focused more on the sprites rather than balancing the combat and giving the enemy the right skills, but I'm will start working on it soon, after all I want the combat to be interesting and fun since it will be at least half of the game, the prologue had some combats but it was all part of the story, and I want the game to have some extra explorable stuff after the prologue. The game is mostly story-focused with the visual novel elements, however, it's also an RPG, so you will be able to explore, find loot, do some side quests, and discover more about the world, and of course find some hidden secrets.

Talking about open world I also started working more on the main area that will be explorable, but creating scenery assets is a lot harder than I remember, and I still need to work a lot more before showing how the maps are looking. Still, I think things will be good, and I believe the next post may be about it, or about something else I have planned. 

I also will be going back to college next week since my vacation is over, but I will continue working on the game while I can.
